I am not sure why they have a lot of 5 star reviews , what is more important than installation is after service, in this case we lost our insurance because of them , they did not want to come and check the roof and fix it after I called many times to tell them that will lose our insurance if they don't come and fix the problem that we had ( they said by looking at picture that there is no problem), instead they sent en mail to insurance saying , no this is good , no need to fix anything.

We all know how hard it is to obtain insurance at an affordable price in Florida.

Every time I call , the owner is in a meeting , they did
not want to fulfill their warranty which is good for 10 years.

Filed a complaint with BBB and will file complaint with Florida department of business to see if we can hold them to the contract

Amazing experience. From the initial consultation to the completion of our roof replacement project, our experience exceeded our expectations. From the owner Tom, sales Mike, project leads Taylor and Jesus and the crew the communication and execution of our roof replacement was seamless. Very hard working , efficient and respectful team, who was able to replace our 3000 sq ft roof in 1 day 1/2 from start to finish. The price was fair and we shopped around. If you are looking for replacing a shingle roof, I would highly recommend 1st Choice. Thank you for the incredible job and for treating our home as if we're your home. 1st Choice did a fantastic job. The job site was kept clean and they picked up all garbage when they were done each day.
The price quoted was the price we were charged and they only took 1 1/2 days to complete the job.
We are very happy that we choose them to do our new roof.

He hired people to gave him 5 stars. It was all FAKE REVIEWS and make up story. It was his friend or him did the review for him. Every time the facts was review online, he call it fake reviews(fake news) like someone we all know in this country. He should change his company name to Last Choice roofing like I saw it on Yelp. It took him two months to come back out. After that the problem only got worse. My garage still had water sitting on it and the seams were coming up. When Mike first came out in August I was told in person and in writing that he will provide me with a whole new roof. For 6 months all he did was give me the runaround. Every time he was supposed to come out he always had an excuse. I had to contact my home insurance company for help. When they came out they inspected the roof and told me there was nothing but patch jobs done on my roof and only a little bit of it was new. I paid Mike a total of $2,100 for the job which should be $50 only, that was done like crap and made my roof worse. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

What a major disappointment. Don't waste your time. Trying to get my aged Grandmother's roof repaired from my out of state location. Checked on Yelp for reviews and recommendations. Decided to use 1st Choice for one of my three estimates based on their reviews and ratings. Started out okay with good communications, but then rapidly deteriorated. Took several calls to reconnect after the initial contact and attempt to get someone out for an estimate. After the estimate was done (by Mike) I was given a verbal quote. I requested a written estimate from the office for my records, protection and estimate comparison. It never arrived, so I made additional calls to request that it be emailed.
When the call was finally returned, it appeared the office (Kristin) didn't even know who I was or have any information regarding our previous contacts. At first she even denied that they had done the estimate. After being presented with some ""specifics"" from my notes she decided to consult with someone else (Mike?). Upon return to the phone she confirmed someone had done an estimate but denied they had ever given me a verbal quote for repairs. Said that they would not repair the roof and that I should only replace it. Told them that I felt it was my decision and that I would be making it based on numerous factors. I asked them to just send me the verbal quote as a written quote for both repair and replace. They refused ... I hung up. What a waste of my time. They should be called: Last Choice Roofing, not 1st Choice.

We used 1st Choice Roofing for our recent roof job and they were amazing! Not only were they the most reasonably priced (by alot), they were efficient and did it in a timely manner! 2 days from start to finish. Taylor was absolutely a pleasure and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They came highly recommended from our realtor and we are so thrilled we used them!

I would never hire this roofing company again in my life. Within two years of installing our new roof, the shingles started falling off and then the shingles turned black. That was seven years ago and we're still fighting them.

I called the owner several times over the years and he's never called me back. He always has someone that works for him to call me back.
I don't rate them in the stars because they're not a star in my book

I hired 1st Choice Roofing after getting bids from 5 different companies. Their quote and timeline worked out best for me so I choose them. They did everything that they promised to do and were very professional. They showed up on time, completed the work on time and they kept they yard cleaned up. The roof looks great! Ken, Carl, Vinny and the rest of the crew were all great to work with. Tom in the office was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with the work. I would definately hire them again.

This company screw us with one big roofing house, crew take 2 days to finish, was steep house.. homeowner tell me that she paid on full to them, and that the roofers was great and that was very happy with she new roof..

be ware with this company,, is probable screw a lot of Latinos that work very hard.
