We were so pleased they did two separate gutter installations for us - first of all Andi, the office manager, got back to us quickly and was always responsive to our requests during both jobs - Steve, the owner, was on time, explained the various options and gave very fair quotes compared to others - finally Jacob,, a supervisor, was very informative and efficient while installing the gutters - the other crew members were also ""on the job"" during the entire process - all in all they all offered great service - will not hesitate to hire 101 Seamless a third time when that should arise !

Steve and his crew have done work for me at two houses, one in Petaluma and one in Marin, in the past few months and did an excellent job both times. They're busy and can be a little difficult to get scheduled, but I've ultimately been very satisfied both times.

Had gutter installed on my garage and after the rains came the down spouts are falling off. did nor solder them or crimp them to fit together.

We had all new gutters installed at a cost of more than $20k. More than 1/3 of the gutters don't work, some because of faulty seams and some were simply not installed correctly and the water comes behind the gutter and straight down the side of the house. They sent someone who spent 2 hours trouble shooting and said they would return and never did despite more than a dozen emails and phone calls over several months. This is NOT a reputable or competent company. Stay away.

Super nice people! The roof just got done and we need new downspouts. They came out within a week's time and walked all around looking carefully at all my drainage concerns. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and have the best quality products.
The proposal is extremely reasonable. Will post photos when the job is completed. At the moment another contractor is working at the home so the downspouts will
be next:)

They came out, provided a quote and were pretty friendly on the phone. The lady said she needed to check something with the crew and she would get back to me.

I did not hear back so I tried calling her several time over the next few weeks, but no return call. I sent two emails after that and again, never heard back. They completely ghosted us and walked away from the $1200.00 we were prepared to pay. Would not recommend....

I can't say enough about the good quality work and service this company provides. They arrive on time, explain what they will be doing, and stand behind their work. A year after the initial work I needed an adjustment on part of the gutter and it was no problem. It seems customer service is very important to this company. Highly recommend 101 Seamless Gutters.
