I was very impressed when I first contacted Milo. He called me back immediately and came out to look at the job the day from after we spoke. He was professional, knowledgeable and seemed reliable. He took time to explain exactly what needed to be done to replace the gutters and make them operational for my older house. Although he didn't have the precise materials or equipment to do this job entirely on his own, he was going to check with another installer and see about doing the job collaboratively. He told me he'd call me back and let me know the outcome. Days went by and I didn't hear from him. I called him back, and still no word. I called once more and again, no response. All he needed to do was let me know that he wasn't interested or couldn't do the job. I would have had respect for him Pretty poor business practice I would say.

Professional, on time, gutters absolutely are seamless. Originally installed gutters all around my single-story home in 2004, a fallen tree necessitated new gutters in the front, and they are a perfect match all the way around. Highly recommended local business. Oh, they also come in colors.

My gutters were installed by 101 Seamless Gutters in 2005. But I recently noticed last month when cleaning my gutters that the insides are rusting and the sealant to the downspouts have corroded. What is the lifespan of gutters? And what can be done to prevent further corrosion? Am awaiting a call from Milo to address these questions.

Milo returned my first call very promptly. He made an appointment with me come out and give a quote to have some new gutters put in. He didn't come nor did he call. Subsequent phone messages have gone unanswered. I get that they're busy. The one time I did speak to Milo I let him know that I was OK waiting to get the job done but to get no response at all to repeated contacts is just plain rude.

Milo and his crew went above and beyond for us this week. We called to have gutter guards installed. He came out to install them, blew all the leave out of gutters first, we don't have seamless gutters so he checked all the seams to make sure they were good and even added a few straps to the gutters where the strapping from the previous installer were too far apart. He didn't need to do a full ""check-up"" on our gutters since we only called for guards, but he did and it was very much appreciated. Milo and his operation and first class and I would recommend them highly.

Outstanding service & craftsmanship! Beautiful work! Fast! Milo Molina, the remarkably friendly & professional owner with a wealth of experience, promptly replied to my message and came by my house for a free estimate. Four days later he & his efficient crew completed installation of a beautiful gutter/ downspout that he customized to match and fit my Tuff-Shed. Milo truly takes pride is his work and I'm proud of the result.

Because of the small project most other seamless gutter firms blew me off. No guidance from Tuff Shed on how to resolve rain water issues either. Even a Sebastopol roofing firm that advertises seamless gutters and re-roofed our house 3 years ago failed to return my call. Not Milo ... no job is too small. First class service even for my small project.

The price was fair and affordable. Quality craftsmanship. Kind & trustworthy. Excellent experience for me and highly recommended!
