I have a small flat roof duplex and had 3 bids to make repairs for a water leak on a 30 year old flat roof. 101 roofing came in at 31,500, a 2nd quote at 22,500 and Estrada Roofing in LA at 18,750. All are licensed with Estrada taking out the wood underneath the flat roof shingles and replacing entire roof. I accepted the lowest bid for this duplex In Venice.

We had a leak from a flat section of our roof that resulted from corrosion of the flashing around a vent pipe. This was during a prolonged series of bad rain storms. All of the other roofers we called would not even come to inspect the vent pipe for possible repair for less than a $5,000 minimum. Nick promptly responded to my call and was at our home the next day. After inspecting the issue, it was determined we needed to replace the flat roof section that was probably long over due. We were able to temporarily repair the vent pipe with tar to get us through several more rain storms until they could replace that section of the roof. Nick's crew were prompt and completed the repair in two days. I would highly recommend 101 roofing.
