Read it before you hire them. I too trusted the good yelp reviews and thought these guys were worth the extra money... but NO!! They increase cost from the start and then offer so many 'deals/discounts' Don't fall for it.. Nothing but hot air! Yelp review discount, doing a video discount, or finance discount... all joke!

They hire subcontractors to do all the work... save yourself the money and look for local contractors or go directly to suppliers instead of going through 1StopBuilder... you are better off hiring Homedepot or Lowes... shop around

Their so-called 'project manager', was only a sales rep. The guy didnt know anything about managing projects, he brags about his years of exp to build his sales pitch, but when it comes down to it... he falls short every step! He's only good at selling but doesn't pay attention to what he says or details of work.

I had to micromanage everything, everyday, in every step! They undermine customer knowledge by saying ''Are you in construction? Do you have years of exp?''

They purposely do not include everything in writing with the contract. Later when you remind them, they deny the whole agreement saying 'we never do this for our clients, I don't know why I would promise you this'

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They use ill practices, will manipulate you the second they find an opportunity, and if you happen to cancel a part of the project because of their failure... then you can consider throwing money down the drain! They won't own up to their mistakes, instead you end up paying for it, literally paying for it!

Even after getting paid in full, they send people to my house without my permission, trespassing in my property, because they want '100% completion document signed' or else they won't release warranty..

At the end...
They never gave solar lights for my backyard as promised ...
Baseboard installation with the new floor was poorly done...
My retaining wall was not installed to contractual measure by a whole layer of blocks and they never adjusted my contract to reduce cost...
I had to fight to get my pavers sealed, not something they are willing to do...
They installed a bender board, and I have a screw sticking out...
While installing pavers, they damaged my stucco and door trim...
Out of all the pavers, one brick looks super messed up and they didn't even bother replacing it..
They still havent released warranty but will harass you day/night to get paid..
